They are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to manage customer deployments, build custom integrations, and act as the technical liaison between clients and the engineering team.

Responsibilities

Own customer deployments end-to-end, from technical scoping to production launch and ongoing optimization

Spend significant time on-site with Fortune 500 customers, understanding their workflows, pain points, and technical constraints

Build custom integrations, scripts, and tooling to adapt our platform to each customer's unique environment

Act as the technical voice of the customer internally → translating enterprise requirements into product improvements and feature requests

Debug production issues in real-time, often while on customer calls or at their offices

Configure telephony systems, integrate with legacy banking infrastructure, and navigate complex enterprise tech stacks

Train customer teams on our platform and build internal champions who advocate for our solution

Travel regularly to customer sites (expect 10-25% travel)

Code daily → building proof-of-concepts, custom dashboards, prompt engineering, data pipelines, or deployment automation

Qualification

Required

You've worked in consulting, solutions engineering, or a customer-facing technical role at a high-growth startup

You're equally comfortable writing code and presenting to C-level executives

You've done implementations at enterprise companies and understand how large organizations make decisions

You're scrappy and willing to do whatever it takes → debugging telephony issues at 11 PM or building a one-off integration over the weekend

You have full-stack capabilities and aren't afraid to jump into unfamiliar territory (legacy APIs, telephony protocols, financial systems)

You're energized by customer problems, not drained by them

You've owned a customer relationship or deployment from start to finish in the past
