They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their Applications team, responsible for building and maintaining web applications and APIs that empower healthcare providers with critical patient data.

Responsibilities

Build and operate web applications and the APIs that power them
Collaborate with team members and across Engineering to iteratively prototype and develop new functionality
Provide technical leadership, contributing to the architecture and design of the teams systems
Coach others to become better engineers
Partner with product managers and other Zusers

Required

Experience in building intuitive, reliable, and scalable user-facing products
Ability to work on everything from React-based user interfaces to the APIs that power them
Experience contributing to the design and development of full-stack features
Ability to collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams
Experience ensuring the scalability and maintainability of applications
Comfortable owning services end to end
Experience with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and AWS services like ECS, Lambda, and DynamoDB
Ability to build and operate web applications and the APIs that power them
Ability to collaborate with team members and across Engineering to iteratively prototype and develop new functionality
Ability to provide technical leadership, contributing to the architecture and design of the team's systems
Ability to coach others to become better engineers
Ability to partner with product managers and other team members
Ability to work across the tech stack, from front end to back end
Ability to own work and see it deploy safely in production
Ability to thrive amid the changing landscape of a growing and evolving startup
Ability to enjoy collaboration and solving unique problems

Preferred

Experienced in building high quality consumer-facing UIs
Familiar with the tech stack [ReactJS (Typescript), Tailwind CSS, Go, GraphQL, Terraform, FHIR]
Knowledgeable about application security
Experienced in working with healthcare data and APIs
Familiar with the FHIR and/or TEFCA standards
