Responsibilities
Lead by example: contribute high-quality code across frontend and backend stacks
Shape architecture: design scalable systems, APIs, and data flows that serve as long-term foundations
Mentor engineers: coach senior and mid-level engineers, raising technical standards across teams
Drive cross-team initiatives: align product, design, and infra stakeholders on technical direction and delivery
Establish best practices: code quality, testing, security, observability, and performance
Introduce and champion new technologies, including AI/agentic tooling, where they add business value
Qualification
Required
8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong contributions across backend and frontend
Expertise in TypeScript/Node.js (NestJS), Python/FastAPI and modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or equivalent)
Deep experience designing and scaling distributed systems, APIs (REST/GraphQL), and data models
Strong knowledge of databases, caching, and messaging systems
Proven success leading complex technical projects across multiple teams
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Preferred
Experience building or integrating with AI/agentic tools and systems
Familiarity with Python for AI/agent-related workflows
Contributions to open-source or technical communities
Background in DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, observability)
Driven development of AI-driven product features, including autonomous agents, AI chatbots and decision support workflows
Collaborate on prompt engineering for LLM-based systems, optimizing reliability and relevance
Work with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph or like build stateful, multi-step AI agents
