Responsibilities

Transform data into insights: Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover growth, monetization, and product opportunities
Shape business decisions: Partner with Product, Growth, and Marketing to translate insights into strategies and concrete initiatives
Measure impact rigorously: Build frameworks to evaluate product launches, experiments, and marketing initiatives - separating real effects from noise, seasonality, or external factors
Design smart segmentation: Develop and refine customer segmentation models to guide marketing, monetization, and product strategies
Drive proactive analytics: Move beyond reporting by identifying anomalies, spotting trends, and recommending new opportunities
Build clarity and trust: Create dashboards and metrics that are clear, consistent, and used daily by decision-makers
Tell the story: Present complex analysis in a compelling, business-friendly way that influences leadership and stakeholders

Required

3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, growth analytics, or a similar role
Proven track record of translating data into business impact - not just reporting, but shaping decisions and outcomes
Experience in SaaS, subscription, or product-led growth environments is a strong plus
Exposure to consulting or cross-functional project ownership is welcome, provided it's paired with hands-on analytical execution
Curiosity-driven: you see anomalies, dig deeper, and ask 'why?'
Business-first mindset: metrics, dashboards, and models serve outcomes - not the other way around
Proactive & transformational: you don't wait for asks - you spot what matters and drive it forward
Structured & methodical: your approach to data quality, validation, and automation gives teams confidence
Storyteller: you convert complex findings into narratives that inform leadership
SQL & Big-Data Warehousing: advanced query skills, data modeling, optimization, and strong data-quality discipline
BI & metrics design: pick the right metrics, define consistent formulas, and build usable dashboards
Data transformation & validation: hands-on experience structuring, cleaning, and verifying data pipelines
Analytics tools: working fluency with BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and advanced Excel/Sheets

Preferred

Nice to have: embedding AI/automation in analytics workflows, exposure to modeling or data science
Zürich strongly preferred (where the team sits). We support relocation to Zurich for the right candidate, but strong remote profiles will also be considered
