Responsibilities
Full accountability on multiple wind, solar, and/or storage projects:
Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external
Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
Oversee project work and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations
Track project health and take corrective action when necessary
Manage uncertainty and change, such as scope creep and change orders
Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing complex and/or multi-service projects
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
Ability to provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Experience in coordinating project activities with service leads
Full accountability on multiple wind, solar, and/or storage projects
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to develop and implement project plans
Experience in monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed
Ability to oversee project work and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations
Experience in tracking project health and taking corrective action when necessary
Ability to manage uncertainty and change, such as scope creep and change orders
