The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in leading governance and oversight for senior management activities while supporting risk management strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead in crafting the well-managed strategy and execution for the Global Payment Network (e.g. routines around well-managed, building a culture of risk management, etc.)

Drive the annual planning around strategic priorities and subsequent routines to track progress and execution on the strategic priorities

Partner with second-line Risk & Compliance to build a robust operating model and clarify roles & responsibilities between first and second line risk. This will include Governance processes and deliverables and may include people and culture work

Develop executive-ready presentations, materials for The Network Leadership Team and the Board

Build and maintain a robust workforce strategy including budgeting, hiring, organizational structure, and associate engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree or military experience

At least 6 years of experience in project management or process management

At least 3 years of experience in staff management or staff training

At least 3 years of experience in organizational development or performance development

At least 2 years of experience in budget management

At least 2 years in strategy consulting or advisory services

Preferred

Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation

9 + years experience serving in a Chief of Staff or critical Project Management role in a large, complex, and matrix organization

At least 4 years of experience in Communications planning and development (department communications, leadership team meetings, presentations, memos and reports)

At least 4 years of experience supporting senior executives and leadership

At least 4 years of experience in HR, associate experience, or associate engagement roles
