Develop long-term roadmaps and drive delivery of financial services for sellers

Collaborate with UX, Product, and Tech to build differentiated fintech experiences

Monitor trends and identify innovation opportunities in embedded finance

Track KPIs, lead business reviews, and ensure service excellence

Partner with GTM and marketing teams to drive adoption and monetization

Work with legal and compliance to meet regulatory standards

Use seller feedback and analytics to improve products and services

Required

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Strategy, Analytics, or related field

5+ years in B2B payments, fintech, eCommerce, or related domains

Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills

Experience in cross-functional leadership and managing ambiguity

SQL/Python proficiency and customer-centric mindset

Co-branded cards, rewards & loyalty programs, and fintech consulting experience are a plus

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area

Option 2: 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area

Preferred

Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area

Background in creating inclusive digital experiences

Demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards

Knowledge of accessibility best practices
