Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence to ensure efficient communication
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars for hospital personnel
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining electronic and paper files
Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely information flow
Support billing and invoicing processes as needed
Other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
