They are seeking a determined and organized Dental Lab Technical Support Representative to facilitate technical consultations with dental center clients, resolve case questions, and assist in quality control of production cases.

Responsibilities

Organize and facilitate all technical consultation with the dental center clients

Handle all incoming and outgoing calls that pertain to case questions and resolution of technical problems and on-time return dates

Act as liaison between the customer, dental center, and the lab’s production and logistics teams

Visit with clients at their practice or in our office to discuss case issues, assist with chairside prosthetic delivery to the patient, or determine a solution to case problems--i.e. seating problems, custom shades, etc

Work alongside management and customer service to monitor and resolve all customer service issues

Meet with prospective clients to develop new sales or grow existing clients

Assist in quality control of incoming production cases prior to delivery to the client and make slight adjustments as needed to correct case issues

Perform hands-on repair or adjustments as needed

All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
