Designing, implementing, and scaling Node.js APIs, datasets, and core architecture (CDK)
Building front-end experiences with React
Contributing to open-source libraries for cross-chain wallet connections
Collaborating closely with the founding team to shape product direction and company culture
Helping define best practices in testing, developer experience, and scalability
Qualification
Required
Love to code - you get an itch if you haven't shipped something in a few days
Have a proven track record of shipping great products for 5+ years
Have led projects from ideation to production, seeing them through to success
Enjoy working with and scaling complex datasets, integrations, and APIs
Are passionate about web3, identity, and decentralized technologies
Love interacting with other developers - our customers are builders, and we talk to them often
Appreciate clean, simple code and obsess over testing and quality
Communicate clearly and effectively in async environments (Slack, docs, PRs)
Thrive in small, fast-moving teams where you have real ownership
Make decisions based on what's best for the company, not personal preferences
