Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of recruiting managers and recruiters focused on Engineering, Product, and Design hiring
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across EPD, influencing and aligning on hiring priorities, strategies, and outcomes
Operationalize recruiting at scale, ensuring hiring processes are efficient, data-driven, and consistent while maintaining a great candidate experience
Evaluate and improve processes by identifying gaps, proposing creative solutions, and implementing best practices for long-term success
Foster a culture of ownership and curiosity, encouraging your team to challenge assumptions, learn continuously, and raise the bar on talent acquisition
Drive accountability and results, balancing urgency with quality, and ensuring hiring goals are met in partnership with business leaders
Coach and develop team, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth

Required

12+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years leading managers or senior recruiters in high-growth environments
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions
Proven success building trust and credibility with challenging or senior stakeholders
Experience operationalizing engineering or technical recruiting at scale, with strong knowledge of best practices in hiring
Ability to critically evaluate recruiting processes, propose improvements, and lead change management
Track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams, with a leadership style rooted in collaboration, ownership, and curiosity
Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business
A growth mindset, resourcefulness, and drive to continually raise the bar for recruiting at Plaid
