Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions, INC. is looking for a Systems Engineer. The role involves supporting deployment of upgrades and new features of SAM Tools, creating documentation, and guiding the government in systems integration and technical planning.

Responsibilities

Support deployment of upgrades and new features of SAM Tools

Create application documentation, architecture diagrams, how-to guides, SOPs, and other deliverables for both training and tool maintenance. Provide training to government via briefing and informal training session

Conduct planning, analysis/traceability of user requirements, architectures traceability, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review cloud service capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations

Develop solutions designs based on analysis of requirements and new technology and mentor Junior Engineers in developing these skill sets

Guide and assist the Government in the capture and translation of mission and customer requirements/needs into systems/capability requirements and solutions

Support the analyses and allocation of requirements to systems architecture components and executing programs

Guide and assist the Government in performing systems integration activities

Guide and assist with AoAs, CoAs, Trade Studies, and Engineering Assessments

Guide and assist the Government in strategic technical planning, project management, performance engineering, risk management and interface design

Perform SAM Customer Service Support. Oversee, direct, and implement all customer service inquiries on SAM and enterprise tools, duties include but not limited to the following: receipt, acknowledgement, document, direct, administer, escalate, and resolve all customer questions for SAM assistance

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or in related technical or scientific fields such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree

Experience in government or industry in relevant work areas including: DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, PPBES Process or system engineering of large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture/Cloud environments

System engineering experience in government or industry

Experience in the Software Asset Management discipline as defined by the International Association of IT Asset Management (IAITAM)

Preferred

Master's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or in related technical or scientific fields such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree

Demonstrated experience with MBSE, processes, tools and languages

Demonstrated experience with Software Development Frameworks

Demonstrated experience in the field of geospatial intelligence and associated software tools

Membership or active participation in any of the following professional organizations: ACSM, ASCE, ASPRS, OGC, SAREM, USGIF

Demonstrated experience in photogrammetry, remote sensing, image science, information sciences, geographic information systems, geomatics, or related fields

Demonstrated experience with the NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies
