Responsibilities

Performing RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) analyses as per applicable instructions/processes and specific customer requirements
Delivering RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) analyses compliant with QCD work package commitments
Contributing to the assessment of RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) performance of products and identifying upstream RAMS requirements to meet targets
Applying Alstom/Engineering rules and processes, particularly those dedicated to RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) activities
Seeking technical understanding of Alstom products to better assess safety performance and identify improvement areas
Proactively challenging RAMS data/results to enhance adequacy and consistency of studies and requirements

Required

Degree in Electrical or Mechanical or other related technical/engineering disciplines - mandatory
Extensive hands-on experience with safety methodologies and tools related to RAMS—Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety - mandatory
Knowledge of safety hazard analysis, safety assessment etc., preferably applied to Railway products
Familiarity with Customer & Product Focus principles
Good communication and interpersonal skills, including with third parties (e.g., customers)
Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and technical meetings
