Responsibilities
Lead data science consulting engagements for pharma clients, ensuring business impact and value realization
Architect and implement Agentic AI, GenAI, and advanced ML solutions tailored for pharma and healthcare use cases
Build and scale RAG pipelines, conversational AI, and multi-agent systems to solve complex client challenges
Partner with senior stakeholders to define data strategy, AI roadmaps, and transformation programs
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, regulations, and best practices in pharma
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Data Science/AI consulting
Proven expertise in Agentic AI, GenAI, LLMs, and advanced machine learning
Strong knowledge of pharma and life sciences domain
Proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS), and modern AI/ML frameworks
Experience in building end-to-end AI solutions (data engineering, model development, deployment)
Strong consulting, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field preferred
