They are seeking a Nearshore Sales Manager to manage the sales cycle for BPO services and technology development solutions, while building client relationships and promoting Mexico as a nearshore hub.

Responsibilities
Sell BPO services and technology development solutions delivered from Mexico
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, RFPs, and contract negotiations
Work closely with delivery and technology teams in Mexico to align solutions and pricing with client needs
Highlight Mexico as a nearshore hub for outsourcing and software/IT development
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums
Maintain pipeline activity and provide accurate sales forecasts
Qualification
Required
2+ years of B2B sales experience (inside or outside sales)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or technology sales is a huge plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required)
Comfortable managing a sales cycle from prospect to close
Willingness to travel quarterly to Mexico centers
