New Grad, Entry LevelKingston HealthCare is seeking Medication Aides to support their Memory Care and Assisted Living community at Kingston at Dupont. In this role, you’ll ensure safe and timely medication administration while assisting residents with daily living activities and providing compassionate communication.

Responsibilities
Administer medications accurately and in compliance with physician orders and Indiana state regulations
Document medication administration thoroughly in resident records and electronic health systems
Monitor residents for changes in condition, side effects, or health concerns and report to licensed nursing staff
Assist residents with daily living activities such as grooming, hygiene, and mobility, when needed
Provide compassionate communication with residents and their families
Support a safe, welcoming, and home-like environment in our memory care and assisted living neighborhoods
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Active Medication Aide certification (QMA, CMA, or MA-C) in the State of Indiana
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Compassionate, patient, and team-focused mindset
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic care environment
Preferred
Prior experience in memory care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
