Responsibilities

Scale architecture for growth

Design and optimize systems that can support traffic surges up to 10× current levels, maintaining real-time performance and reliability as the customer base expands

Build and automate AI loops

Develop the tooling to monitor, evaluate, and continuously retrain AI models in production, ensuring the system gets smarter with each new edge case

Own the product end-to-end

Instead of working from a backlog of tickets, you’ll receive real problems, speak directly with customers, design solutions, build them, and ship to production

Develop seamless integrations

Create rich, two-way experiences with platforms like Slack and Microsoft Teams — including slash commands, real-time shipment dashboards, and alerting systems that meet customers where they work
