Business Litigation Associate (5-8 yrs) - Los Angeles
JURISolutions Legal (JSL) is an Am Law 200 firm seeking a Business Litigation Associate with 5–8 years of experience to join its Los Angeles office. The role involves representing clients in high-exposure disputes and participating in all phases of litigation, including trial advocacy and managing complex litigation matters.

Responsibilities
Represent Fortune 500 companies, midsize businesses, and individuals in high-exposure disputes, often involving claims exceeding $100 million
Handle a wide range of complex litigation, including business and contract disputes, product liability, premises liability, professional liability, construction, cybersecurity, and mass tort matters
Participate in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and preparing witnesses
Appear in court for oral advocacy and motion practice, with frequent opportunities to second-chair or lead at trial
Work as part of trial teams on high-profile matters, including multidistrict litigation, class actions, and other bet-the-company disputes
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of litigation experience
Admission to practice in California
Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Stand-up deposition and courtroom advocacy strongly preferred
Demonstrated trial experience is highly desirable
Personal injury litigation experience is desirable
