Responsibilities

Represent clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to regional businesses and individuals
Handle complex commercial disputes, including business litigation and torts, breach of contract and fiduciary duty matters, employment litigation (including class actions), insurance coverage and bad faith claims, fraud, and bankruptcy-related disputes
Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and appear in court on substantive matters
Participate in trials and appellate proceedings as part of an active litigation team
Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues on high-stakes matters across diverse industries

Required

4–6 years of commercial litigation experience
Strong academic credentials with excellent writing and analytical skills
Admission to practice in both New Jersey and New York

Federal or state clerkship experience
Law Review or Journal experience
Experience in insurance coverage litigation is helpful but not required
