Responsibilities
Provide clinic coverage and surgical services for ear and balance disorders
Perform specialized otology procedures including mastoidectomy, tympanotomy, cochlear implantation, stapedectomy, and bone-anchored hearing aid placement
Diagnose and manage hearing loss, balance disorders, and related ear pathologies
Ensure compliance with VA and national clinical standards of care
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
Support continuity of care through effective patient communication and follow-up
Qualification
Required
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Fellowship training in Otology
Unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. state or territory
Current BLS and ACLS certification
Eligible for VA credentialing and privileging
Proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation
