Responsibilities

Represent clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to midsize businesses and individuals in high-stakes disputes
Work on complex litigation involving commercial contracts, securities, antitrust, real estate, employment, entertainment, class actions, and mass tort/product liability matters
Participate in all phases of litigation, including research, drafting motions and briefs, discovery, and depositions
Appear in court for motion practice and oral advocacy, with significant opportunities for trial and appellate experience
Collaborate with nationally recognized trial lawyers who have successfully handled numerous jury and bench trials across a wide range of industries

Required

Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, ideally in business litigation, class action defense, and/or mass tort/product liability

Admission to practice in California required
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Federal clerkship or Law Review leadership experience preferred
