We are seeking experienced Independent Contractors to join our team of TaskForce professionals to complete a wide range of field tasks, ensuring meticulous execution and timely completion. The role requires reliable transportation and exceptional organizational skills, but does not necessitate a real estate license.

Responsibilities

Effectively completing a wide range of field tasks, such as property inspections, maintenance completion verifications, occupancy checks and more
Adapting work methodologies and strategies to best suit the unique demands of each property and task
Procuring necessary materials essential for successful task completion
Overseeing tasks throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to fulfillment with relevant documentation
Promptly addressing and discussing any task-related challenges with the Home365
Ensuring the meticulous execution of assignments as per defined parameters
Meeting assigned tasks within predetermined deadlines
