Responsibilities
Represent clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to midsize businesses and individuals in high-stakes business litigation matters
Handle complex disputes involving commercial contracts, restrictive covenants, fiduciary duties, business torts, professional malpractice, employment, and First Amendment issues
Participate in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and preparing matters for trial and appeal
Contribute to active trial teams with opportunities to gain courtroom and jury trial experience across multiple jurisdictions
Work alongside leading trial attorneys recognized for their advocacy in complex commercial cases, national class actions, and multidistrict litigation
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of business litigation experience; medical malpractice experience also considered
Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and analytical skills
Admission to practice in both New Jersey and New York required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Preferred
Federal or state clerkship experience preferred
