Whizz is transforming delivery services by providing reliable and affordable electric bicycle solutions. They are seeking an Outside Sales Team Leader to identify potential clients, deliver training, manage daily operations, and track sales performance.

Responsibilities
Identify potential clients, present and sell our e-bike solutions, and consistently meet weekly and monthly goals
Deliver in-field training, mentor team members, and support continuous growth
Oversee daily operations, create schedules, and optimize sales processes
Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in active sales (field sales, cold calling, B2B or B2C)
Understanding of immigrant communities (personal experience or strong connections)
Results-oriented, proactive, and open to learning from mistakes
Comfortable working in a startup environment, adaptable and flexible
Strong communication and leadership skills to build and motivate a high-performing team
Preferred
Experience running your own business is an asset
Familiarity with the delivery industry and the e-bike market is a plus
