Responsibilities
Develop, document, and execute test procedures for PCB assemblies, electronic components, and hardware systems
Perform functional, in-circuit, and environmental stress testing on PCB boards and subsystems
Design and maintain custom test fixtures, jigs, and automated test setups
Troubleshoot and isolate hardware/PCB failures to component level, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions
Collaborate with hardware design, manufacturing, and quality teams to support new product introduction and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., IPC, MIL-STD, or IEC) during testing and documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related discipline
4+ years related work experience
PCB and/or general hardware test experience
