Responsibilities

Team Management: Lead service engineers in Manteno and customer sites (up to 50% travel)
Customer Support: Handle inquiries and performance issues to ensure timely resolution
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Service, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain
Data & Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback to inform product improvement
Recycling & Compliance: Support recycling and reuse projects to meet safety and regulatory standards
Reporting: Provide regular updates on team execution and customer satisfaction

Qualification

Required

5–8 years of experience in after-sales/service or technical support (battery/automotive/energy storage)
At least 2 years of people management experience
Engineering background (electrical, mechanical, or related)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in battery systems
Excellent communication and coordination skills; execution under pressure
50% travel required
