Responsibilities

Support product engineering projects driving the next wave of innovation for Eaton’s products
Engage in projects that hold tangible significance for our business while receiving guidance and mentorship from Eaton's esteemed leaders
Focus on the development of power electronics technology platforms and common hardware building blocks to create innovative solutions
Assignments will either be supporting a specific business unit/product line or working with broader technologies across the enterprise

Required

Actively enrolled or received a master's degree in electrical or electronics engineering from an accredited institution
Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States

Preferred

Industry experience in Power Electronics including controls
Prior internship or co-op experience (Power Electronics Hardware/Control Design, and/or Power conversion; Model based design/ electronic circuit design and simulation; Electrical testing, troubleshooting, & validation)
Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or community
Demonstrated exposure to machine learning or AI concepts through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects including experience using AI-assisted development tools, experience in prompt engineering, and working with generative AI models and simulation tools
