Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the loan servicing team, ensuring timely and accurate servicing of government-backed loans, including FHA, VA, USDA, and Ginnie Mae pooled loans
Oversee compliance with Ginnie Mae servicing guidelines, including reporting, remittances, loan boarding, and default management
Manage investor reporting and ensure all servicing activities meet Ginnie Mae standards and deadlines
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, and Investor Relations teams to resolve servicing issues and ensure audit readiness
Train, mentor, and develop team members to maintain high performance and knowledge of servicing policies and regulatory changes
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track team productivity, and prepare regular performance reports for management
Identify process improvements to enhance servicing efficiency, reduce risk, and improve borrower satisfaction
Participate in internal and external audits related to servicing operations and ensure prompt resolution of any findings

Required

Minimum 3 years mortgage servicing experience, with a background in Ginnie Mae servicing operations
At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Ginnie Mae guidelines, investor reporting, remittance processes, and default timelines
Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA loan servicing and compliance requirements
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with servicing audits, including HUD, CFPB, and Ginnie Mae
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
