Responsibilities
Assist in technical pre-sales activities including product demonstrations and proof-of-concept support
Work with senior engineers to understand client requirements and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions
Learn and articulate the value proposition of our cybersecurity, network visibility and test products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Provide technical support during the sales cycle and help respond to RFPs and RFIs
Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and security technologies
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client feedback
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn technical concepts quickly
Basic knowledge of networking or security fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, firewalls, SIEM, endpoint security)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Team player with problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
