Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers across multiple industries
Support account executives in identifying business opportunities and driving customer engagement
Provide technical knowledge and insights in areas such as wireless, networking, digital infrastructure, and data centers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address customer needs
Proactively learn about emerging technologies and trends to strengthen customer conversations
Manage account details with accuracy, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries
Contribute to the overall sales strategy and help grow market share in the region
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong interest in computer networking, wireless, digital infrastructure, and data center solutions
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A genuine interest in building relationships and delivering exceptional service
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
