Responsibilities
Support CCA development for electronics used in high reliability undersea communication systems
Using Mentor Graphics Xpedition
Library management practices
ECAD/PCB layout design processes
Knowledge of one or more PCB design tools from the Mentor Graphics suite (xDM, Xpedition. DXdatabook, BoardStation, Hyperlynx),or Altium
Experience with library management practices including Xpedition parts request system, Footprint Expert Enterprise 23, 3D model creation using Solidworks NX or CREO, and Hyperlynx
Circuit design and hands on prototyping experience
Basic knowledge of IPC and manufacturing standards
In depth knowledge of CCA fabrication techniques
Ability to communicate with suppliers when asked to provide clarification on design documentation packages
Experience with schematic capture in Xpedition is valuable
Documentation capture including (bill of material parts lists, ODB++ digital fabrication packages, 3D model generation)
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship REQUIRED
Actie Secret Clearance preferred or the ability to obtain a clearance (Must be a US Citizen)

Associate's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Preferred
A minimum of two years' experience using Mentor Graphics Xpedition
Experience with library management practices
Experience with ECAD/PCB layout design processes
