Responsibilities

Support the Menu Design team in strategy, planning, and implementation of all complimentary onboard menu offerings
Identify opportunities for process improvement throughout all stages of menu development, planning, and implementation
Participate in team workshops and menu presentations
Collaborate with various United teams including Procurement, Food Safety, Catering Performance, Digital Technology, and Strategy & Onboard Experience
Communicate with external partners to gather menu information and transfer to internal menu library database
Provide support for the implementation of new projects, including coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, and facilitating communication between project teams and club management
Collaborate with club management to minimize disruptions to club operations during construction and renovation projects
Develop or update service standards, which may include service delivery assessment, metrics and reporting, industry benchmarking, and customer feedback
Develop and execute customer communication plans
Identify opportunities and develop test plans for new products and amenities in clubs

Required

Applicant must be a current undergraduate student graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; or other relevant experience
Highly organized and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and ensure attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; must be comfortable talking to and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders
Confident performing data analysis to arrive at insights and develop recommendations
Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Position is based in Chicago, IL - must be able to relocate for internship duration
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now and in the future
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
