Lead projects to completion on time, on schedule, and in a manner that reflects well on the company. Treat direct reports with respect and lead your team effectively

Lead project planning sessions and establish project scope, objectives, and timelines

Manage project budgets, estimates, and financial reporting

Coordinate with the Mass Department of Transportation and other key stakeholders

Oversee field operations and ensure compliance with safety standards

Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members

Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks
