Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of electrical systems and components for projects
Conduct detailed engineering analysis and calculations to support design decisions
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Prepare technical reports and documentation for projects
Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project scope and objectives
Mentor and guide junior engineering staff in best practices and technical skills
Review and approve engineering designs and drawings produced by the team
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on engineering progress
Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
