Responsibilities

Partner with internal stakeholders, including Accounting, Operations, and Back Office in setting up new investments and ensure accurate reporting in trade booking software

Assist in the closing of residential mortgage and construction loan fundings and construction loan draw funding requests

Monitor borrower compliance with loan documents and manage routine loan transactions in accordance with loan documents

Provide analytical support, risk management, and operational oversight to meet daily servicing requirements

Review and reconcile system-generated reports to track delinquencies, maturities, call dates, payments, and interest rate changes, ensuring accurate system updates

Research and resolve loan-related issues by collaborating across departments

Prepare and process collateral releases and liaise with custodians

Support management with special projects and process improvement initiatives
