Legal Assistant
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is a nonprofit organization focused on individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. The Legal Assistant will perform legal administrative duties for attorneys, including drafting legal documents, conducting research, and managing files.

Responsibilities
Utilizes a variety of sources such as statutes, legal articles, and legal codes to research and analyze legal topics
Drafts and edits legal documents such as contracts
Conducts fact-finding, data collection, and analysis to assist attorneys with tasks
Manages, organizes, and archives documents with software tools and technology
Performs secretarial duties that require knowledge of legal process, procedures, and terminology
Prepares documents and correspondence such as letters, electronic transmittals, and scheduling correspondence
Prepare document comparisons (i.e., redlines) and analyze distinctions
Maintains files, schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, and submits expenses related to the same
Strong organization and communication skills, and works collaboratively with colleagues
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills
Attention to details
Ability to problem solve
1-3 years of relevant experience required
Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Preferred
An Associate's degree is preferred
Paralegal Certification a plus
