Responsibilities
Represents a product family of technical governance bodies
Provides feedback and proposes improvements to architecture governance practices
Provides architectural documentation for both application specific design as well as multiple application/multiple product space designs based on business and technology inputs, firm standards and risk management needs
Guides evaluation of current technology and leads evaluation of new technologies using existing standards and frameworks
Regularly provides technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors
Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others
Drives decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes
Serves as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus
Actively contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle
Influences peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies
Adds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect
Qualification
Required

Formal training or certification on Engineering & Architecture concepts and 5+ years applied experience
Advanced knowledge of software architecture, applications, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more
Preferred
Familiar with PCI and Industry standard security patterns, such as Tokenization, Encryption, etc
Experience managing design considerations and priorities across multiple stakeholders is highly desirable
Experience in Credit Card industry is highly desirable
Domain Driven Design concept & knowledge will be a big plus
C4 diagram construct and knowledge/experience
