They are seeking a Behavior Analyst to conduct assessments, design behavior plans, and provide direct treatment while training staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology.

Responsibilities
Model and train staff in the principles and practice of Positive Behavior Support methodology
Conduct behavior assessments including functional analyses and provide behavior analytic interpretations of the results
Design, implement, monitor, and report on Behavior Plans
Provide direct behavioral treatment to clients via replacement skills training, crisis de-escalation, and behavioral/ABA therapy
Serve as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams providing expertise regarding behavioral issues
Provide community consultation through the Outpatient Specialty Clinic
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related discipline
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and KY Behavior Analyst License required
Valid Driver's license
Ability to meet criminal background and drug screening standards
Preferred
IDD experience strongly preferred
