New Grad, Entry LevelHyatt Vacation Club, a leader in the vacation ownership industry, is seeking motivated individuals to join their award-winning sales and marketing team. The Event Sales & Marketing Agent will engage with guests at various events to promote the Hyatt Vacation Club Program, offering financial incentives for participation.

Responsibilities
Schedule sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests attending an event and at off-site locations
Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation or purchase a vacation package meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Hyatt Vacation Club products and services
Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
Contribute to team goals
Always follow company policies and safety procedures
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience
Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone
Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
Service focused, and/or sales experience preferred
Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
May be asked to operate company vehicles following our company policies and standards (including but not limited to golf carts)

Up to $2,000 with 1 year of marketing timeshare experience
$1,000 paid after forty-five days
$1,000 paid after six months of employment
Up to $1,000 with no timeshare experience
$500 paid after forty-five days
