In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, providing hands-on deployment, configuration, and technical guidance for Palo Alto Networks solutions while collaborating directly with customers to enhance their security practices.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing custom security policies and application signatures tailored to client needs

Analyzing logs and events to identify and resolve issues

Providing technical troubleshooting in coordination with support teams

Ensuring system stability through code upgrades

Mentoring client staff on ongoing operations

Delivering high-quality outcomes within defined project scope and timelines

Qualification

Required

4+ years of experience with cloud and network security

Prisma Access

Experience with one or more of these vendors: Palo Alto Networks NGFW, Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper (Netscreen), Fortinet products, Symantec/ Blue Coat, Zscaler / Windows and MAC OS including (debugging, editing Windows Registries, Plist, etc

Strong understanding of LAN and WAN networking protocols and technologies, including switching, routing, firewalls and security solutions

Strong TCP/IP networking skills

Strong dynamic routing skills (BGP , OSPF, etc)

Experience working with Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP , Authentication Protocols (LDAP , RADIUS, SAML, etc.)

Experience working with URL filtering

Experience working with Proxy and SSL Decryption
