Responsibilities

Review all Sales Force submittals for Surface Tech quotations, ensuring all information has been provided

Build skeletal RFQs for all Surface Tech quotations within 48-72 hours of receiving the RFQ

Maintain all submitted information to ensure quotations are as accurate as possible

Develop and distribute reports as determined by the Commercial Manager

Assist with quote revisions as assigned by the Commercial Manager

Process existing production work to evaluate standard efficiency

Using a standardized operating system (Epicor) to make corrections to existing BOM details through process review

Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, and understand and follow rules and procedures
