Hyatt Vacation Ownership is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, seeking motivated individuals to join their sales and marketing team. The Event Sales & Marketing Agent will promote the Hyatt Vacation Club® Program at various events, engaging with guests and offering financial incentives to learn about the ownership product.

Responsibilities

Schedule sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests attending an event and at off-site locations

Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals

Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation or purchase a vacation package meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services

Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs

Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly

Contribute to team goals

Always follow company policies and safety procedures

Qualification

Sales experienceCustomer service experienceTelemarketing experienceInterpersonal skillsTeam collaboration

Required

Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience

Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone

Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends

Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements

Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
