Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and mentor the new car sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive new car sales growth and market share
Manage the new car inventory, including ordering, pricing, and merchandising to optimize profitability and turnover
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for sales growth and expansion
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations governing new car sales operations
Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and business partners to support sales initiatives and marketing campaigns

Required

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales management, preferably in a luxury brand dealership environment
Proven track record of success in driving new car sales performance, achieving sales targets, and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues
In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes, dealership operations, and industry trends
Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and sales tracking software

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
