Titan Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead ongoing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of enterprise IT systems, networks, and services in a 24x7x365 environment within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The Operations Manager Lead will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, systems uptime, infrastructure health, patching cycles, and support desk performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee all O&M functions including systems administration, patch management, asset management, backup/recovery, and monitoring

Supervise service desk operations, incident escalation, and Tier 2/3 support resolution

Maintain compliance with security standards and support incident response and audit readiness

Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and change control processes

Ensure continuity through disaster recovery planning, testing, and documentation
