Peco Pallet is seeking a results-driven Associate Financial Analyst to join their Finance & Analytics team. This role focuses on developing and executing pricing strategies to optimize profitability while analyzing customer profiles and sales dynamics. The ideal candidate will enhance pricing models and contribute to process improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

Develop pricing solutions for potential new customers

Maximize profitability across all customer bases

Identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend refinements to prices and strategy

Partner with cross-functional team on pricing-related initiatives

Drive continuous improvement to pricing analyses, tools, and reports

Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor or other members of management

Work with data and analytical platforms to identify challenges, develop recommendations, and measure success in partnership with stakeholders

Facilitate change by guiding operational teams through the transition to new tools and reporting systems

Participate in Lean activities to provide analytical support to strategic initiatives

Required

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to uncover patterns and insights in both structured and unstructured data while applying creative approaches to business challenges

Demonstrates self-motivation and effectiveness in a remote or independent work environment

Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, thrive under pressure, and create order in ambiguous environments

Demonstrated expertise in Alteryx, Excel (advanced functions and pivot tables; VBA and Power Query a plus), and Power BI Desktop (is a plus)

Exhibits high levels of professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness

Possesses professionalism and excellent communication skills, enabling clear idea-sharing, cross-team collaboration, and informed decision-making

Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, or a related field preferred)

2+ years of experience in a financial analyst or a similar role, with a strong focus on finance and operational reporting

Ability to travel (up to 10%)
