The role involves delivering engaging undergraduate and/or graduate courses in computer science while fostering an inclusive classroom environment and incorporating experiential learning opportunities.

Responsibilities
Deliver engaging undergraduate and/or graduate courses in computer science
Incorporate experiential learning opportunities into course design
Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages diversity of thought and experience
Teaching assigned classes in person or online by delivering course content to students
Preparing course materials and lesson plans
Grading student work
Providing students with robust feedback in a timely manner
Addressing student questions consistent with university, college/school, and department policies
Providing online or in person academic support to students as needed and appropriate for the teaching assignment
Providing instruction in assigned classes consistent with the content and learning objectives of the regular course syllabus
Complying with university-wide student evaluation of instruction policies and peer observation policies
Adapting and learning new modes of instruction
Being sensitive to the educational needs of a diverse student population
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields
Preferred
Doctoral degree in Computer Science or related fields
