Responsibilities
Define and communicate the vision, goals, and objectives for major projects and programs
Align project initiatives with the organization’s overall business strategy and priorities
Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are prioritized and resourced appropriately
Monitor progress across multiple projects and ensure alignment with business objectives
Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and cross-functional project teams
Foster a high-performance culture and ensure effective collaboration across teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Oversee the development of detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Develop contingency plans and ensure timely resolution of project challenges
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting

Strategic Leadership
Ability to set project vision and align project objectives with overall business strategy
Experience in portfolio management and prioritizing projects for maximum business impact
Mastery of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma)
Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional, and multi-million-dollar projects
Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Strong leadership skills to build, mentor, and motivate large project teams
Experience in managing project managers and cross-functional teams
Conflict resolution and performance management abilities
Excellent skills in identifying, engaging, and managing stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
Ability to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively
Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
Experience in developing contingency plans and managing project crises
Strong understanding of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Ability to ensure projects deliver on time and within budget
Experience leading organizational change initiatives and managing the impact of change on people and processes
