Manage and monitor an assigned loan portfolio, ensuring strong credit quality and proactive risk management
Collaborate with credit analysts, branch staff, and leadership to ensure efficient loan processing and exceptional service

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
3+ years of experience in commercial lending, business banking, or credit analysis
Strong knowledge of commercial lending practices, credit risk assessment, and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and contribute to business growth
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
