Partner with the Attorney CEO and Partners to drive operational excellence
Empower teams and help scale the firm to new heights
Manage the operations and business functions of the Firm
Work closely with the Owners and the fractional executive team on strategy, planning, leadership, culture, revenue generation and margins, policy, problem-solving, and decision-making
Qualification
Required
Seasoned experience in operations management, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
Strong leadership skills to partner with the Attorney CEO and Partners
Ability to drive operational excellence and empower teams
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Proven track record in revenue generation and managing margins
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage processes throughout the business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
