Responsibilities
Provide technical and administrative assistance to the Region 8 Fire and Aviation Group by providing advice and assistance on proper utilization of Agreements
Organize material and complete assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology, and maintains records and files of work
Review financial statements and advise the Region 8 Fire and Aviation Group on the proper use of funds
Revise or advise on the revision of standardized material for Grants and Agreements Documentation, Scopes of Work, financial plans, and other related materials
Qualification
Required
Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently without sponsorship
A High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of (10) years of relevant experience
Thorough understanding of Federal Grants and Agreements, their terminology, structure, process, and relevant regulatory requirements
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent reading comprehension and professional writing skills
Ability to work unsupervised following general direction
Ability to complete tasks efficiently
